email delivered.
- The EMC Mailer - this mailer has your
machine act as its own mail server and connect directly to the recipients
mail server for delivery. This does not "hide" you as the sender
though.
- Your own ISP Mail server - This is
your ISP's (Internet Service Providers) Mail server. We suggest using
this only to mail to your members/customer and very good quality
leads. Many ISP's have limits on how many email can be sent this way.

Even though you have purchase leads that have
asked for home based business information does not mean you are safe from Spam
complaints. You will always have the risk of getting some complaints even
from your own customers that just did not realize that you sent the mail.
We have added the Spam act compliance area that will tag all of your messages
with the information that is required by law. It is still your
responsibility to make sure you are compliant with all Spam laws. We have
also added the auto remove system to allow people to get out of your database
with ease. But there are always some that don't follow directions so keep
on eye out for remove requests that are sent to your personal or business
address.
Because so many spammers have bombarded the
internet, your legitimate emails can and may be considered as Spam and that is
just the reality of marketing in this fashion. Don't be frustrated, just
expect some issues to come up and learn to solve them the best you can.
