Now click on the "Generate and Send Campaigns" ICON in EMC. 

Now click on "Generate Lead Campaign Emails" button. First the software will check for any remove requests and process them prior to mailing. (A form will pop up and stay open until this process is completed and close itself) This will help eliminate Spam complaints. This is the EMC Auto Removal System  

Once the list box has been populated with all the lead campaign emails that need to go out (Don't worry, EMC takes care of who needs what email when), open the EMC mailer and select which mailer you will be using.  You will always want to try the EMC mailer first.  If The EMC mailer cannot get all of your mail out, you can use yourISP mail server to send out the remaining emails.

Whalla, your done! You have setup EMC to send out a series of emails to any lead that you add to the "Test" Campaign. Now, Simply follow these basic steps to setup your Real Live Campaigns. You can "IMPORT" your email leads quickly into EMC. Use the "Import Email Leads" ICON to accomplish this.

Now that your test mailing is done.  Check your inbox  of what ever email program you use and make sure the email message that you sent yourself from EMC looks the way you intended it to.

Now you are ready to set up your prospecting campaign and your customer/member campaigns.

Your prospecting campaign should be a campaign of  7 - 10 follow up sales email letters to drive traffic to you web site or get them to request more info via the phone or email.

Your customer/member campaign is to welcome and start the training process or order fulfillment process.

***  Always send any message you create to yourself before sending it to your leads.  Make sure all links are active and it has the look and feel you  are going for. ***
